Fire Tragedy: Gujarat Govt Transfers Rajkot Police Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner

The Gujarat government has ordered transfers of Rajkot City Police Commissioner and Municipal Commissioner yesterday in the wake of the fire tragedy that claimed more than 27 lives. Commissioner of Police of Rajkot city R Bhargava will be replaced by

IPS Brajesh Kumar Jha and DD Desai will be the new municipal commissioner of Rajkot replacing Anand Patel. The government has also ordered transfers of Additional CP and Deputy CP of Rajkot city.
