Flood situation worsens in Bihar

In Bihar, the flood situation has worsened after rise in water levels of Punpun, Ganga, Sone, Bagmati and Kosi rivers. Fresh areas have been inundated by the surging waters of these rivers as they breach the danger mark.

The Met Department has also



warned of heavy rain in several districts, especially in Patna, Vaishali, Begusarai and Khagaria during the next two days. Patna Administration has ordered closer of all educational institutions for the next two days.
