FM Sitharaman cancells official visit to USA, Peru after terrorist attack in J&K

Given the terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir, Union Minister for Finance and Corporate Affairs, Nirmala Sitharaman, has cancelled her official visit to the USA and Peru. 

In a social media post, the Ministry of Finance said



that she is taking the earliest available flight back to India to be with the people during this difficult and tragic time. The Minister is on an official visit to both nations from the 20th to the 30th of this month.
