Fodder scam: Lalu Prasad Yadav to appears before CBI court today

RJD Chief Lalu Prasad will today appear before a special CBI Court in Ranchi in connection with an old case of 1996 of fodder scam, in which Rs 97 lakhs was fraudulently withdrawn from Deoghar treasury of then undivided

Bihar.

RJD Chief reached Ranchi yesterday. The trial of the case has been reopened following an order from Supreme Court, after which the Special CBI Court issued summons to Mr. Prasad and other accused.
