Tirupati: Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy, a former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh and senior leader of the Congress, is said to be in contact with the top leadership of the Bhartiya Janta Party, which has promised to give him a key position in the party similar to the one enjoyed by Kanna Lakshminarayana, a former minister who recently quits the BJP to join the

After the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh state, he floated the Jai Samaikyandhra party in 2014 but his efforts were unsuccessful in elections.
