Four special flights from the Gulf countries are expected to bring home more than 700 stranded Indian nationals under Vande Bharat Mission today. Two flights will be operated from UAE - one from Dubai to Mangalore and another from Abu Dhabi to Kochi.
Muscat will fly back more than 175 people to Hyderabad, while Doha will send another 175 to Kozhikode. Priority is being
given to distressed blue collared workers, medical emergency cases, pregnant women, stranded tourists and elderly people to go back on these special flights.
Only those found asymptomatic will be allowed to board the flight. Meanwhile, from Dubai, a special flight to Srinagar is also being planned later in the week.
