French Minister Sophie Primas Arrives in Puducherry for 3-Day India Visit

French Minister for Foreign Trade and French Nationals Abroad, Sophie Primas, arrived in Puducherry on Friday as part of her three-day visit to India. During her visit, Ms. Sophie Primas met Puducherry Lieutenant Governor K. Kailashnathan at the Raj Bhavan.

She was accompanied by French Ambassador to India Thierry Mathou, Regional Economic Services Head Benoit



Gauthier, Consul General-designate for the Consulate General of France in Puducherry and Chennai Etienne Rolland-Piegue, and Deputy Consul General Jean-Philippe Huther.

 

Puducherry Chief Secretary Sharat Chauhan and Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor A. Nedunchezhiyan were also present during the meeting.
