The Supreme Court today refused to entertain a plea seeking  Central Bureau of Investigation probe into the alleged molestation of students during a cultural festival at the all-woman Gargi College in New Delhi last week.

A bench headed by Chief Justice S A Bobde said,

it would like to have advantage of Delhi High Court's view on the matter and asked the Petitioner to move Delhi High Court.

Gargi college students have alleged that on 6th of February, during the college fest, a group of non-students entered the premise and harassed students.
