Gas leak at pharmaceutical firm in Andhra Pradesh, 2 dead

In Andhra Pradesh, two people died and four others were  injured in an incident of gas  leakage at Paravada pharma city in Visakhapatnam today. 

According to Police Commissioner of Visakhapatnam, R K.Meena, the incident happened at midnight   when some workers were on duty. The gas leak occurred at Sainor life sciences Pvt limited.  A shift In-charge & a chemist



died and four workers who fell sick after inhaling the gas were shifted to KGH hospital.  He said at present the situation is under control & peaceful.

 

This is the second incident of gas leakage in a span of two months in Visakhapatnam. More than 10 people died in the  LG  polymers gas leak incident that took place in May.
