Global India AI Summit 2024 Concludes At Bharat Mandapam In New Delhi

The two-day long Global India AI Summit 2024 concluded at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi yesterday. The two-day summit featured a diverse array of sessions designed to delve deep into critical aspects of AI application, and governance and for nurturing talent and scaling AI innovations. Electronics and IT Ministry said, 12 thousand global Artificial Intelligence experts and practitioners and delegates from 50 countries attended the



summit. 

During the summit, 16 Deep-tech startups showcased their AI applications and products. The Ministry said, India set the global discourse by emphasizing the intent of the Government to democratize AI and make it accessible to all. During the summit, the Global South countries acknowledged and appreciated the role of India in giving voice to them at the global AI forum and bridging the gap with the Global North.
