Governor SP Malik reviews law & order situation in J&K

Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik reviewed the prevailing Law and Order situation in Jammu and Kashmir at a high level meeting following the Operation conducted against Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) Camp in Balakot, Pakistan.

Governor was informed that the life in both Kashmir Valley and in Jammu region was normal.

directed all Forces to take effective measures to maintain public order and peace across the State. 

Governor appealed to the people not to listen or believe rumours being circulated in social media or through other means. He said that the government is concerned about people’s welfare.
