Govt approves establishment of PG Institutes for Research in Yoga at Nagmangla, Jhajjar

The Government has approved establishment of Post Graduate Institutes for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy at Nagmangla in Karnataka and Jhajjar in Haryana. Minister of State for AYUSH Shripad Yesso Naik said this in reply to a question in Rajya Sabha yesterday. 

The Minister also informed that an autonomous Research body, Central Council



for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy, CCRYN, is working under the Ministry of AYUSH as the apex body for Research and Education in the field of Yoga and Naturopathy. He said, CCRYN has set up a Central Research Institute at Rohini, Delhi and further, the body has decided to establish five more Research Institutes in the country.
