Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rjijiu has termed the third term of Narendra Modi government as historic and during its first 100 days, the government decided to implement projects worth 15 lakh crore rupees for the welfare of the people.
Mr Rijiju said, that, the government will spend three lakh crore rupees towards Nari Shakt and two lakh crore rupees for skilling and imparting training to the youth. He said the success achieved during the 100 days of the government is tremendous.
Speaking on the Waqf ( Amendment ) Bill, 2024 which has been referred to the
Joint Parliamentary Committee for further scrutiny, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said that the Bill is only for the welfare of the Muslim community. Mr Rijiju added that the Committee is scheduled to report on the Bill to the House by the last day of the first week of the Winter Session of Parliament this year.
Mr Rijiu who is also the Minority Affairs Minister said that the government is moving ahead with the mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas and his Ministry is taking care of all the minority communities.
