Jammu and Kashmir police Chief Dilbag Singh has said, elements across the border are consistently trying to foment trouble in the state but the security forces are efficient enough to tackle them. graph of terror activities in J&K is decreasing with each passing day.

The DGP, who was in Kishtwar district, interacted with the police and army personnel besides reviewing the security scenario at a high-level meeting with officials.
