Haryana Assembly election results: BJP secures early lead in over half the seats

The single phase 15th Haryana Assembly General Election was held on Saturday (October 5, 2024) with a turnout of 68%. The counting of the votes began on Tuesday (October 7, 2024) at 8 a.m.
With BJP continuing
lead on 47 seats, Congress is attempting to catch up with 36 seats. Indian National Lok Dal and Bahujan Samaj Party lead on one seat each. Independents are leading five seats each, as per ECI.
