Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini yesterday said that three new criminal laws will be fully implemented in the state by February 28. The Chief Minister was addressing the media after a meeting with Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents of Police regarding the implementation of three new criminal laws at Madhuban
Police Academy in Karnal.
The Chief Minister said that fundamental changes will have to be made in the system according to the new criminal laws. He said that for this, the system of video conferencing will be implemented in about 445 courts.
