Guru Nanak Dev ji’s Prakash Purab was celebrated with full devotion and enthusiasm across the country including Haryana yesterday. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini yesterday paid obeisance at Gurudwara Nada Sahib in Panchkula. Responding to the media, the Chief Minister said that he had wished for the well-being and prosperity of the citizens of the state at Gurudwara Nada Sahib.
He said that Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji had taught humanity centuries ago the lesson of ‘Kirat Karo, Nam Japo and Wand Chhako’. The state government has considered the words and teachings of Baba Nanak as
paramount. The teachings of Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji will always be remembered for spiritual enlightenment, worldly prosperity and social harmony.
On this occasion, the President of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee Baljit Singh Daduwal said that the Haryana government deserves congratulations for taking many decisions in the interest of farmers. Apart from this, the noble work of naming the hospital in the name of Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji and handing over the land of Sirsa Gurudwara has been done.
