Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh High Court has disposed of the petition filed by TD national general-secretary N. Lokesh seeking anticipatory bail in the AP Fibernet case.

A single-judge bench headed by Justice K. Suresh Reddy heard the matter here on Tuesday.

Advocate-General S. Sriram representing the AP-CID, has submitted to the court that Lokesh



was not included in the case as an accused and asked as to how he could apply for an anticipatory bail. 

He submitted to the court that in case the name of Lokesh was included in the case, he would be served with a notice under Section 41-A (3) and (4) of CrPC and informed the court that they would go by the norms.
