Union Health Minister JP Nadda will inaugurate two super-speciality hospitals at Darbhanga and Muzaffarpur in Bihar today. On the concluding day of his two-day visit, Mr Nadda will also visit the demarcated site for AIIMS Darbhanga at the Ekmi-Sobhan Bypass. The Minister will take stock of the progress of construction work at Patna Medical College and Hospital, which is being built as the world’s second-largest hospital equipped with over 5,400 beds.
He
will also offer prayers at Takht Shri Hari Mandir Sahib in Patna. Last evening, BJP National President JP Nadda held a meeting of the core committee of the party’s Bihar unit in Patna. Mr Nadda discussed matters related to the strengthening of the BJP in the state and the progress of the ongoing membership drive. The state BJP has set a target of adding one crore new members to the organisation in the state in the next two months.
