Heavy rainfall expected in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Gujarat over next 2-3 days

India Meteorological Department (IMD) has said that the well marked low pressure area over Rayalaseema and the neighborhood region has further weakened into a low pressure area. The weather agency predicted heavy rainfall at isolated places over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, South Interior Karnataka, and Gujarat during the



next 2-3 days. 

According to the IMD, scattered to fairly widespread light to moderate rainfall is very likely over Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Rayalaseema, and Telangana during the next 5 days.
