Heavy Rains Continued In Kerala With Formation Of Low Pressure In Bay Of Bengal

Heavy rains continued in Kerala with the formation of low pressure in the Bay of Bengal. IMD has issued orange alert in  Kasaragod, Kannur, Wayanad, Kozhikode and Malappuram districts today. Widespread damage is being reported from across the state. 

In Kannur district,



many houses were damaged due to strong winds. Holiday has been declared today for schools in Mahi region. Due to continues bad weather, fishing has been banned in the coasts of Kerala, Karnataka and Lakshadweep till the 19th of this month.
