Heavy snowfall experiencing in Kargil, J&K

In Jammu and Kashmir, Frontier District Kargil is experiencing heavy snowfall since last night and has recorded more than 6 inch snow. Meteorological Department has forecast for rainfall and snow for next 24



hours in the area. This snowfall has also disrupted the snow Clarence work at Zojjila on National Highway 1D which further delayed the opening of the road which is closed since December last year.
