Himachal Pradesh Assembly's Budget Session to begin today

Shimla: The budget session of Himachal Pradesh Assembly will begin today by following the covid protocols. Speaker Vipin Parmar said that the session, which will have 16 sittings, will continue till March 15.

On March 4, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur will present the fifth budget of his government in the House. Before the session, an all-party



meeting was also called in the Assembly yesterday which was attended by speaker Vipin Parmar, Leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Bhardwaj and CPI(M) MLA Rakesh Singha.

Speaker Vipin Parmar urged all party members to cooperate in the smooth functioning of the session.
