Himachal Pradesh celebrates Statehood Day today

Himachal Pradesh is celebrating its 48th Full Statehood day today. It was on this day in 1971, Himachal Pradesh was declared as an 18th state of the Indian Union.

The state-level function

will be held in Aani Sub Division of Kullu district, where Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur will unfurl tri colour and take the salute from police, home-guards, NCC cadets and students.
