Himachal Pradesh elections: BJP, Congress release another list of candidates

Shimla: BJP has changed its candidate for Chamba assembly seat in Himachal Pradesh. Neelam Nayyar will contest as party candidate in place of Indira Kapoor. Earlier in the day, BJP released its second list of six candidates for the assembly elections in the state.

Congress has released second list of 17 candidates for the ensuing Himachal Pradesh



assembly polls. The party has given ticket to Surender Singh Kaku from the Kangra assembly constituency while Harish Janartha will fight from Shimla seat.

Bumber Thakur will contest from Bilaspur assembly seat. Earlier, the party had announced 46 candidates for the state assembly elections.
