Himachal Pradesh experience heavy snowfall

In Himachal Pradesh, several parts have been lashed with light rain while higher reaches continues to experience snowfall.

The Met Department has issued warning of thunderstorm and hailstorm in various parts of mid and foot hills of the state today. Farmers are worried over weather conditions and prediction of thunderstorm and



hailstorm as it may damage the crops.

The weather is thickly cloudy in several parts of the state while it is drizzling and light raining also in some parts.

The higher reaches in Lahaul-Spiti, Pangi valley of Chamba and Dhauladhar Ranges in Kangra district continued to experience light snowfall during the night.
