Hindutva groups performs Yagna at disputed site of Malali Masjid in Mangaluru

At the disputed Malali Masjid in Mangaluru, Dakshina Kanada, a yagna was held by various Hindutva groups. Among the members, BJP MLA Bharat Shetty and VHP pioneer Sharan Pumpwell were in attendance.

The purpose of the 108 Gnana Yagna was to make sure that a



temple would be built where the masjid is now.

it is argued that remnants of a structure resembling a temple were discovered. When the Assayed Abdullahi Madani mosque in Malali, Thenka Ulipady village, near Mangaluru, was being demolished in April of last year.
