Home Minister Amit Shah is on a two-day visit to Karnataka beginning today. He will lay the foundation stone for a Rapid Action Force Centre new battalion in Bhadravati and address a public gathering. In the evening today, the Home Minister will flag off Emergency Response Support System vehicles in Bengaluru. He will inaugurate virtually the police residential quarters in Bengaluru and Vijayapura and address senior police
officers.
Mr Amit Shah will also hold a BJP core committee meeting in the state capital. He is scheduled to leave for Belagavi tomorrow to take part in the public gathering. He will be visiting the family of late Suresh Angadi, the minister of state for railways who passed away recently. The Home Minister will also inaugurate the advanced simulation centre of KLE hospital in Belagavi and the ethanol project in Bagalkote.
