HM Amit Shah speaks to West Bengal Governor over violence during Ram Navami procession in Howrah

New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah yesterday spoke to West Bengal Governor C V Ananda Bose and took stock of the situation in the state where violence broke out between two groups yesterday during a Ram Navami procession in Howrah

city.

Sources said, during the telephonic conversation with the Governor, the Home Minister took detailed information of the incident. Mr Shah took information about the current situation in the city.
