Senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah yesterday launched the BJP’s poll campaign by releasing the party’s manifesto for J&K assembly polls during a two-day visit to Jammu. Mr. Shah released the BJP’s manifesto, outlining the party’s vision and goals for the region.
Addressing a gathering at the launch of the BJP’s manifesto, Mr. Amit Shah said that since Independence, J&K has been important for our party and asserted that Article 370 is now part of history and will never come back. His visit is seen as a pivotal moment in the BJP’s election preparations for Jammu and
Kashmir, with party leaders gearing up for key meetings and public events.
Mr. Shah will convene an important strategy session with BJP leaders and party workers in the evening and will discuss election campaign strategies and gather feedback from grassroots workers on critical issues impacting J&K. He will address a rally scheduled for tomorrow in the Ploura area of Jammu city.
The BJP J&K unit expressed optimism that Mr. Shah’s visit would energise BJP workers and boost morale as they gear up for the upcoming elections.
