I have full faith in judiciary: Virbhadra Singh

SHIMLA: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today welcomed the decision of the Supreme Court to transfer his case from Himachal High Court to Delhi High Court and said he has full faith in the Indian judiciary and that justice would prevail in his favour.Talking to reporters in Hamirpur today, Singh said all cases against him and his family were fabricated and concocted by former chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal and Union Finance Minister Arun



Jaitely.CBI had b had become a tool in the hands of BJP Led Centre to target its opponents and had lost its credibility, he said.Earlier today, the Supreme Court transferred from Himachal Pradesh High Court to Delhi High Court a plea filed by Virbhadra Singh in a disproportionate assets case.Seeking the transfer of the case out of Himachal Pradesh, the CBI had alleged that the judge, who had stopped them from arresting Virbhadra and his wife, had been his lawyer earlier.
