I&B Minister Anurag Thakur attends Maharana Pratap Jayanti Samaroh in Haryana

Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting and Sports & Youth Affairs Anurag Singh Thakur on Sunday said that the land of India has given birth to valiant and great men. In its culture and traditions the love for country is uppermost.

 

The Minister was addressing a gathering at Sohna in Haryana as a chief guest on the occasion of Maharana Pratap Jayanti.

       

Talking about the glorious history of Maharana Pratap he said



that the Kshatriya society always worked for development of the country. Quoting the Puranas he also defined Kshatriyas as a persons who take responsibility of protection of society and country.

       

He said that in the past youth was forced to read wrong history but now the Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is continuously attempting to fix the corrections in the history.
