The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast Dense fog Conditions are likely to prevail during the late night and early morning in isolated places of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, and Assam till tomorrow. Similar conditions are also predicted for West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur and Tripura for the next two days. 

According to IMD, cold wave conditions are predicted over Jammu-Kashmir Ladakh, Gilgit,



Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, West Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, East Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Himachal Pradesh during the next 3-4 days.

The Met Department said that there will be a gradual fall in minimum temperatures by 2-4 degrees Celsius over Northwest, Central, and East India during the next 3 days. It also predicted shallow fog and mist in the morning and night hours in Delhi NCR for the next 2-3 days.
