IMD forecasts dense fog in East UP

India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast dense fog conditions over East Uttar Pradesh and shallow to moderate fog conditions over West Madhya Pradesh in the morning and night hours today. According to the weather agency, Andaman and Nicobar Islands is expected to witness heavy rainfall at isolated places tomorrow. 

The Met department also forecast thunderstorm accompanied with lightning at isolated places over



Assam, Meghalaya, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala and Mahe tomorrow. The IMD predicted no significant change in minimum temperatures over most parts of the country during next 5 days.

     

The IMD said that smog and shallow to moderate dense fog conditions are likely in the night and morning hours in Delhi and NCR during the next two to three days.
