IMD forecasts heavy to heavy rainfall in Uttar Pradesh

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy to heavy rainfall in Uttar Pradesh today. The IMD also predicted heavy rainfall at isolated places over Maharashtra, Gujarat, Sub Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, and Bihar today, and over Assam and Meghalaya tomorrow. Heavy rainfall is also expected over Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and



Uttarakhand. 

In South India, these conditions will also prevail in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, Karaikal, and Mahe tomorrow. Meanwhile, the weather agency has predicted light to moderate rainfall over Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Rajasthan, and West Uttar Pradesh during the next 2-3 days.
