IMD predicts active monsoon conditions over east India for next two days and over central India till 17th September

Indian Meteorological Department has forecast active monsoon conditions over east India today and tomorrow and over central India till 17th September. The Met Department said West India will have rainfall activity from the 15th to the 18th of September.

Light to moderate fairly widespread to widespread rainfall and lightning with isolated heavy rainfall is very likely over Konkan and Goa, coastal areas of Maharashtra from 15th to 18th September. Gujarat region will experience rainfall activity from the 16th to the



18th and Saurashtra on the 17th and the 18th of September. Light to moderate fairly widespread to widespread rainfall with isolated heavy falls is very likely over Uttarakhand till the 16th of this month. Southwest Uttar Pradesh might witness rainfall on the 15th and East Rajasthan till the 17th of September.
