India, Mauritius enjoy a unique friendship: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that India and Mauritius enjoy a unique friendship based on shared cultural and linguistic heritage, and robust cooperation in many areas.

In a tweet, Mr Modi thanked Mauritius Prime Minister Pravind K Jugnauth for greetings on Independence Day. Mr Modi was responding to



the Prime Minister Jugnauth's greetings to him on India's 74th Independence Day, which was celebrated on Saturday.
