India and Pakistan will sign a pact today to operationalize the Kartarpur corridor. According to the government spokesperson, the pact would be signed by the officials of both the countries at Zero point at Dera Baba Nanak.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate
the corridor in November. The corridor will connect the Dera Baba Nanak shrine in India's Punjab with the Gurdwara at Kartarpur. Located at Narowal district of Pakistan's Punjab province, Kartarpur is just about four km from the international border.
