Indian Railways facilitates travel of 65 lakh passengers by running 4,521 special trains during past 36 days

Indian Railways facilitated the travel of 65 lakh passengers by running 4,521 special trains in the last thirty-six days. The Railways has scheduled 160 Special Trains daily from the 8th to the 11th of this month in view of the Chhath Puja festival. 

The



special trains will ensure sufficient capacity to manage the expected surge in travelers during the festive period. Additional trains have also been announced for the Samastipur, Danapur and other divisions as needed to meet local demand.
