INS Trikand to sail into port of Abu Dhabi today

As a part of comprehensive strategic relationship and to strengthen defence cooperation between India and the United Arab Emirates, two ships of the Indian Navy - INS Teg and INS Trikand will make port of call in Abu Dhabi. The ships are scheduled to arrive today and depart on 26 December. 

The visit will provide opportunity of



cooperation between the friendly Navies of the two countries. It will also showcase India’s impressive achievements in the Maritime capabilities. The current visit seeks to underscore India’s peaceful presence and solidarity with friendly countries in the Gulf and strengthen the existing bonds of friendship between India and UAE.
