Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said that his government is planning to implement a long-term policies of “work-from-home” for women in the State, under the Information Technology (IT) and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) policy 4.0.

CM Naidu, on Tuesday made a post on his official X account on the occasion of International Day of Women and Girls in Science, and highlighted AP’s vision to foster



inclusive growth and boost participation on women in the workforce.

In his post, he said that the State government was planning “Work From Home” in a “big way,” especially for women.

The Andhra Chief Minsiter added: “I’m confident these initiatives will foster greater workforce participation, especially of women professionals, who will benefit through flexible remote/hybrid work options (sic.)”
