Jharkhand Finance Minister Rameshwar Oraon to present state Budget today

In Jharkhand, Finance Minister Dr Rameshwar Oraon will present the Annual Budget for the current fiscal year in the Jharkhand Assembly today during the Budget Session. The Budget has been prepared with special focus on generation of employment opportunities and upliftment of villages.

 

Meanwhile, the supplementary budget of Rs 7323 crores



for the previous financial year was passed in the house yesterday. Economic Survey report of Jharkhand for the year 2020-21 based on the figures collected during the year 2019-20 was also presented in the house yesterday. An increase of 9.5 percent in the growth rate in the year 2021-22 has been estimated as per the report.
