J&K Govt issues 33.7 lakh individual Health cards under PMJAY

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir government has issued 33.7 lakh individual Health or Sehat cards under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY). Apart from this, 9.57 lakh families have also received their health cards.

Since its launch in 2020, more than 60

thousand patients have been treated in 218 hospitals empanelled under the scheme. During the period, 55,993 claims have been submitted and over 41 thousand claims have been settled and total amount paid is 38.39 crore rupees.
