Jammu and Kashmir government has decided to impose an 84-hour-long lockdown in 11 districts. The curfew will come into effect at 7 pm today and remain in force till 7 am on Monday.

Department Simrandeep Singh said that the move is aimed at curbing the surge in COVID-19 cases in the union territory. These districts include Srinagar, Budgam, Anantnag, Baramulla, Ganderbal, Kulgam, Pulwama, Jammu, Kathua, Reasi, and Udhampur.
