In Jammu and Kashmir, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha was yesterday honoured with the Maharaja Hari Singh Award at a ceremony in Jammu. The LG attended the ‘Maharaja Hari Singh Peace and Harmony Award 2024-25’ ceremony at Satyam Resort, Jammu, where he was honoured with the award. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sinha highlighted the significant role of Maharaja Hari Singh in integrating Jammu and Kashmir



with India.

In another event, the Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture, and Languages hosted the All India Urdu Mushaira at Abhinav Theatre, Jammu, as part of the 76th Republic Day celebrations. Renowned poets from Jammu and Kashmir and across the country participated, alongside a gathering of writers and intellectuals.
