Journalist Priya Ramani gets bail in defamation case filed by M J Akbar

A Delhi court on Monday granted bail to journalist Priya Ramani in a defamation case filed by former Union minister M J Akbar. 

The Court has posted the case for hearing on the 10th of April. 

Mr Akbar had resigned



from the Council of Ministers on 17th October last year. 

He had made it clear that he had filed the defamation case in his personal capacity and would fight it out in the court of law.
