BJP National President J P Nadda will visit Bihar today. He will attend the Birth Centenary celebrations of party's founder leader Kailashpati Mishra in Patna.
During his visit Mr. Nadda will also interact with BJP leaders of state Unit.
BJP National Spokesperson and former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad told the media in Patna that during the day-long visit the BJP President will hold several meetings also.
After the function of Birth Centenary Celebrations, Mr. Nadda will hold separate meetings of State Core Committee and BJP
MLAs in Patna later in the day.
The BJP Unit of Bihar has planned a line of programmes in the state from 6th October to 3rd November in commemoration of Birth Centenary celebrations of Kailashpati Mishra.
The visit of Mr. Nadda is seen as significant political development in view of ongoing deliberation of constituents of I N D I A alliance for upcoming Lok Sabha elections and release of the Caste Based Survey in the state. The Survey report has attracted mixed reactions from different political parties.
