Justice Manmohan Sworn in as Chief Justice of Delhi High Court

Justice Manmohan took oath as the Chief Justice of Delhi High Court yesterday. Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena administered the oath of office to him at a ceremony organised at the Raj Niwas. Delhi Chief Minister Atishi was also present on the occasion. Justice Manmohan previously served as the Acting Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court from November last year.

Saxena congratulated Justice Manmohan through a social media post and wished him the best for his tenure ahead.

Delhi Chief Minister Atishi congratulated him and said that she is confident that under his leadership, the Delhi High Court will uphold the highest ideals of justice, delivering it with fairness, empathy, and integrity.
