Karnataka Assembly Speaker K.R.Ramesh Kumar announced in the Assembly yesterday that the confidence motion will be taken up on Thursday at 11.00 A.M.
Karnataka Legislative Assembly resumed its session after the weekend. Announcing this after the Business Advisory Committee meeting, Speaker said, till then, there would be no
other business in the session.
Earlier in the morning, Congress Legislature Party meeting was held in a private hotel in Bengaluru. Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah presided over the meeting and planned a strategy to garner the support of the rebel MLAs during the confidence motion.
