AAP convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has demanded that the municipal election in Delhi should be postponed so that it can be held using ballotpapers. He once again claimed that EVMs can be tampered with in the polls demanding use of ballot paper in the election.
Briefing reporters in New Delhi today, Mr. Kejriwal said the reported incident in Bhind has raised big questions on the
electoral process. The EVM had dispensed only slips of a particular party during demo exercise in Bhind in Madhya Pradesh. He said the Election Commission must come clean on sanctity of EVMs and should investigate their officers.
He also demanded that the details of software used in EVM under question and manufacturer of the EVM be made public so that it can be investigated further.
